There are two ways to delete your account without knowing the password.

1. Reset your password
2. After resetting your password then delete your account

Urm... if you still have the email you used to sign up to IMVU, you may get updates that will tell you your username, but other than that... If you're paying for it and need to cancel your subscription, contact the IMVU people and they will probably be able to help you... otherwise use your email to get your password and username at the Forgot password? page.
