I had the same question, but i figured it out! all you do is go to your songs, scroll down to the ones you want to delete, and scroll your finger to the LEFT where the song is at. there should be a RED DELETE sign that pops up. CLICK on that and it should go right back to your iTunes, and off your iPod touch.
