Because I'm not sure which browser you're using, a general way you can delete temporary internet files would be...

Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Disk Cleanup.

A box will appear with available items you can delete, make sure you check "Temporary Internet Files"

In Windows XP:

Click on Start>>Run

In Run type %temp% and press Enter

Delete all the temporary files you see in the window

(Note: Some files will not be deleted since some process may be using those files so leave that and delete the other files)

In Windows Vista and Windows 7:

Click on Start/Windows Logo

In Search type %temp% and press Enter

Delete all the temporary files you see in the window

(Note:Some files will not be deleted since some process may be using those files so leave that file by check marking the option "Do this for all current files or users" and then click Continue)
