Canceling an account is a manual process on our end. Please contact Pandora Listener Support from the email address currently associated with your Pandora account. (If you no longer have access to your registered email address, please include the birth year and zip code for that account.) Note that if you are just concerned about your privacy, you can restrict public display of your Pandora Profile ("Your Profile"). For information on how to make your entire Pandora Profile Page private, please click here. Also, if you are having a technical issue, canceling your account will not resolve the issue. Instead, please contact us and describe the issue you are having in as much detail as possible. Finally, note that if you no longer want to receive our "Inside the Genome" emails, you can opt-out and still keep your Pandora account.
