two ways. One is unplug the harness, then slide the white/clear pieceaway from the firewall by squeezing the prongs together and pushing on the back of it. once this is done, it allows you to unclip the switch from around the lutch rod. The other way is to unplug the harness and then remove the entire clutch rod by prying on the end that goes to the clutch. you will probably break it, but the replacement part you buy comes with a whole new rod anyways... it just snaps into place on the one end,
Rotate the switch on the rod for the master cylinder for the clutch. Take out the retaining clip. Remove the clutch pedal position switch from the rod. Disconnect the electrical plug. Plug the new clutch pedal position switch in and installation is the reverse of removal

Its at the top of the clutch pedal there is a cruise control switch disengage switch at the bottom and the one above that is the clutch inhibitor switch.
