Not without other problems, if the alarm module is removed the engine controller See's it missing on start up and thinks it was tampered with and locks off the fuel system giving it a no start.
Better to have the problems fixed.

i own this car and i found that if you auto(power) lock your door from the inside an in 2 hours you wanted to go somewhere and you use your key to unlock the door on the driver side the alarm goes off but if you auto(power) lock the doors an you go on the passenger side an unlock it will disable it i found out that it will cost $130.00 for the key FOB an $45.00 to program it from the dealership. but it you go on eBay you can find your key FOB with free programing for a 1/3 of the price if not lesspull the glove box out and crawl under there you cant miss it
