Pressing it will disable the overdrive.
Typically one cannot disable a drl on the 2003 Honda Accord because it is a required safety feature. To disable the drl you would have to take it to any Honda service center and have them disable the drl for you. They would have to disconnect the required attachments to successfully disable the drl without compromising the rest of the mechanisms.
Find and disable the DRL module.
Use the seat belt and buckle up.

you don't, why would you want to? It is much safer to drive with lights on at all times. that is why they design them like that!
take the relay out
Pull the fuse. In 1996 Windstar, it's fuse #33
push the overide swithch 2 times
Ford Windstar was created in 1994.
Simple: Remove fuse #15. It is labeled DRL/FOG. If you have fog lights you will lose those too.
The fuse to disable the DRL system is located in the passenger side fuse box near the glove box.
