If you're asking this question, chances are, it's not your truck to do this with. If it is your truck to do this with, you just go to a dealership which has the appropriate NexIQ box for the motor your truck has, and have the motor ECM controls adjusted.
If it's not your truck, doing this is a good way to lose your job, not to mention receive a black mark on your DAC report which will ensure no other company wants to hire you.
