That is something that only the dealer can possibly access, depending on your system configuration, and disable using factory equipment to comunicate with the control module. I say "possibly" because it Amy or may not be a fuction tht can be turned off. It depends on the system configuration.
Make sure you lock the hubs if your vehicle has locking hubs. However, it sounds like a fuse, check your fuses. Kev.

the horn sounds(like in panic mode) when the gear selector is in other than park and the 1) brake is off 2) seatbelt is unbuckled 3) the door is open. This is to let the driver know that the vehicle is in another gear than park when exiting the vehicle. It is a Mandated Safety Item. It can not be disabled.
