Can't be done, unless you want to keep the truck parked the rest of your life.. The speedometer is electronically driven off an impulse sensor from the transmission to the computer.. If you unplug the harness from the transmission, the engine will not run correctly.. Emission controls are linked into engine rpm, temperature and vehicle speed. The days of fooling the vehicle are over.
