the panel has to be pushed up, i made the mistake of pulling mine straight off like the older models and had to glue the tabs back on. there are "hangers on the back of the panel that will break off easy if you just pull the panerl out.

There are two finger screws on the left side of the dash by the door, turn these left to release, then pull the panel off. There are also other fuses located on the RIGHT side of the dash under the sound insulator.
