The wires from the sun visor run through the visor to the bracket that connects to the roof. Depending on your bracket you can either unscrew it right away and you can see the screws or you may have to remove a cap. The cap is usually just a small piece of plastic that you can pop up with a flat head screw driver.
Once the visor is disconnected from your roof you can find the wire connection and unplug it.
