How do you disconnect the motor for the drivers side automatic seat belt on a 1995 Mercury Villager as it will not shut off nor move the seat belt?

i don't have an answer, but am wondering if you have found the answer. Answer remove the plastic cover ob the piller B. And disconnect the connection for seatbelt motor
