Other than pulling the fuse the controls the fan motor (located on the left side of the dash board with the driver's door open, right in the seam of the door and dash). The blower motor resistor may also be the problem. This seems to be very common in these vehicles and stops the fan from working on spped 1,2 or 3 or any combination thereof. It can be found behind the glove box. Release the tabs the hold the glove box up on either of it after you've opend it. looking directly behind the glove box, there is a plug with four or five wires running into it. The plug is held in place by two 5/16 screws (one on the top side, the other on the bottom). Once the screws have been removed you can remove the plug with the resistor attached by pulling straight back toward you. The wiring harness allows for this. The fan blower resistor looks like a black metal credit card and when that is removed from the plug it should also kill the power. Replacing the resistor is easy. There is a small red clip on the bottom of the resistor that slides up (not out) to release the resistor and then a replacement can be plugged in and re-inserted reversing the steps. I recently bought a new resistor and completed this repair myself after my fan stopped working on sppeds 1 and 2 (15mins). The resistor was only $16. from the dealer. Good luck!
