Pumps for both front & rear are in front of air filter. Remove cover for air filter for easier access & viewing & you will see 2 what appear as black boxes in front toward your bumper, this is your front & rear winshield washer pumps you can disc here. Im not sure but you may want to research if you can just do a fuse pull but you will need to be very careful because they don't always list secondary effects.
