You can't dictate/edit frame speed in Windows Movie Maker. There is a Speed up double and Slow down half effect that you can use, but the timing is pre-set. Just remember... Windows Movie Maker is a very basic video editing software application that is limited in features and functionality.

Yes it is. You can download Windows Movie Maker from microsoft's website.
That would be Windows Live Movie Maker.
You can't do that on Windows Movie Maker.
WMM is the acronym for Windows Movie Maker.
On Windows 7, unlike Windows Vista or XP, Windows Movie Maker is named, on Windows 7 computers, Windows Live Movie Maker.
Windows Movie Maker (v2.6) for Vista is the full version of the program while Windows Live Movie Maker is a 'stripped-down' version. Windows Live Movie Maker does not have all the effects, transitions, features and functionality that Movie Maker v2.6 has.
Only Windows XP and Windows 7 have movie maker. But for windows 8, an ASUS Laptop has nooooo mooovie maker.
There is no Mix Feature in Windows Movie Maker.
