You hold C and Z on the nunchuck and hold the control stick up then when you are at the top of the jump pull it down. I hope that helps.

Well first of all you need room and space you are going to be running full speed then jump and continue throughout the air like that ,then your going to land and jump again as soon as that happens and that should give you a front flip.

You have to hold down the scrub button and accelerator. Then scrub(left then right or vise versa) then hold down r1 and go up down. Super complicated but cool
