If the source is an edited book in print:

If the source is a chapter, article, or essay in an edited book:

Last name, first name. "title of chapter/article/essay." Book name (in italics). Ed. (editor names) first name last name. City: Publisher, year. Page numbers. Print.

If the source is a journal article in print:

Last name, First name middle initial. "Article name." Journal name (in italics) volume number.issue number (year): page numbers. Print.

If the source is a journal article in from an online database:

Last name, First name middle initial. "Article name." Journal name (in italics) volume number.issue number. Name of online database (in italics). Web. Date accessed.

To do an in-text citation, they are structured as follows:

(Author's last name page(s) cited).

If there are no page numbers in the source, then do not include a page number in your in-text citation and use only the author's last name.
