First you need to know how to crokscrew on flatground. If you do, then jump where you would step on flatground
That is the ground corkscrew If youre trying to learn the real type of corkscrew on the trampoline which begins with a backdrop, start in a backdrop(you)) should start your backrop with arms up and legs in the air , you know what a backrop is,right? )
as you get back up from the backdrop pull your arms in and twist as much as possible and hold it
If you don't know how to do any flips/tricks, don't try anything, because you could get injured. I suggest a gymnastics/tumbling place, & once you know how to do a flip, it will be easy to do on a trampoline. NEVER try to do a flip on the ground just because you can do it on the trampoline, because the trampoline is bouncy and gives you more strength in jumping plus when you land it doesn't really hurt because it's bouncy. Also some tricks that you could do on the trampoline are:
Cartwheel
Roundoff
Front Tuck
Back Tuck
Front Handspring
Back handspring
Ariel flip
one handed cartwheel
front dive roll
Back bend
Back roll over
These are some very common tricks. I have a trampoline and can do most of these tricks, and they are very fun to do on the trampoline!!
Hope this helps!
1st. get comfortable doing backwords summer salts and jumping in the air and landing on your back.
2nd. it will help if you can fall into a bridge
3rd. DONT be afraid to get hurt cause if you do you might end up getting hurt haha
4th. make sure you have enough room and then just try it, you wont get it your first time but you will eventually(:
