Is electrokinesis real?
Electrokinesis, if broken down etymilogically means "electric movement" in which case, anything that moves via electric power (whether it be a remote control car or a Prius) is using electrokinesis. If you are thinking of telekenisis (the ability to move things using the mind alone) there is currently no evidence for it. If you're looking for the mental manipulation of electricity and electric fields (which, to my knowledge there is no term for yet, though I might hazard electropathy), there is some evidence of this possibility in the field of biofeedback, but it is extremely weak and can thusly work over very short distances (thousandths, if not millionths, of an inch).
What methods are good to practice Electrokinesis I can only lift paperclips with a charged nail.?

basically you cant :LFirst you need to be able to master the basics of psionics. Find how to do this at psipog.net (link below). I AM IN NO WAY RESPONSIBE FOR YOUR REACTIONS OF DOING THIS TECHNQUE WRONG.meditate while lying down or sitting.(just relax it's best in bed befor you sleep)as you meditate you should feel that you breath is gettin shallow. when it is shallow then you know you were or are in deep concentration.then imagine that you are made of wires that are filled with electricity coarsing through them.then your hand after a while should feel tingley.after that try to keep that feeling and gather the static in the air and control it to swirl around the top of your hand (palm should be faced down), and slowly electricity shoud be entering your hand but if you feel that it is only tingley at the top than you may flip your hands over.you should feel that you hand is filling with static and its almost as if it where filling like how a cup does with water.after you felt that at least 3 quarters of you hand is full then contain is in you hand, make it denser towards you fingertips then you must expell the energy, zap something, or make a electro ball/psi ball or eles after a while of not releasing the energy it will escape your hands then your body may feel a little jumpy or get short of breath.Electro ball/psi ball (Not my idea)Start with rubbing your hands together to create friction. if by psychic powers u mean psychokinetic abilities i can help u there. psychokinetic abilities are basically manipulation and control over different abilities. eg pyrokinesis - manipulation/control/creation of fire and its properties by mental and thought power. this applies to all other psychokinetic abilities. possible abilities that i know of: -telekinesis (all objects) -pyrokinesis (fire) -hydrokinesis (water) -electrokinesis(electricity) -umbrakinesis(light) -aerokinesis(air and wind) -geokinesis(earth) -sonokinesis(sound particles) -vitakinesis(life and health) -necrokinesis(death) -biokinesis(the body's porperties. eg eye colour) there are numerous others but these are just some that i could think of in about 5 minutes. research these and you shall learn the answers u seek. these may sound like nerdy movie superpowers but they are real. i myself am learning pyrokinesis. enjoy

Bash your head against a wall until the skull shatters. This releases your midichlorians. If the skin is not broken, continue. After that, pour sulphuric acid on your exposed skull, hoping to get some on your brain. This will dissolve the 'logic' section, making anything possible! Also drink as much of that stuff labelled "poison" as possible. It helps remove any of the left over brain particles that may be used to tie you to the laws of physics. If it has "danger" or a skull/crossbones, it's good. If possible, set your tongue on fire. This is an optional step, but will speed up the process. What are the abilities of spiritual or and psychic mediumship?
Well, there are many. There's telekinesis, pyrokinesis, hydrokinesis/cryokinesis, electrokinesis, geokinesis, aerokinesis, photokinesis, umbrakinesis, etc. The ones I listed (other than telekinesis) are the 7 elemental psychic powers. There are many more. By mastering the use of spirit energy, one can not only use these powers, but also do things such as teleport, fly, and even absorb blows via the manipulation of your aura. I am a psychic myself, and let me tell you. If you want to learn any of this, you need to practice regularly. I hardly have much time to practice myself due to college.
Are telepathy and telekinesis real?
It may not be possible, but there is so much mixed evidence everywhere and you don't know what's true and what isn't. But still, I really want to believe in it. I am inspired by it. It's just magical, and I love magic.I believe in telekinesis, i think the possibilities are very high, but people keep putting me down even though i try to learn it.i just want to know if i can do it undutifullySince telekinesis is only a thought or a wanted outcome it has no physical force. Unfortunately, I don't seem to be able to do it now. I've read books that purport to teach one how to do it; but, since they could make a million times that amount of money by just doing it in public, I doubt their integrity.
