Electrokinesis, if broken down etymilogically means "electric movement" in which case, anything that moves via electric power (whether it be a remote control car or a Prius) is using electrokinesis. If you are thinking of telekenisis (the ability to move things using the mind alone) there is currently no evidence for it. If you're looking for the mental manipulation of electricity and electric fields (which, to my knowledge there is no term for yet, though I might hazard electropathy), there is some evidence of this possibility in the field of biofeedback, but it is extremely weak and can thusly work over very short distances (thousandths, if not millionths, of an inch).

basically you cant :LFirst you need to be able to master the basics of psionics. Find how to do this at psipog.net (link below). I AM IN NO WAY RESPONSIBE FOR YOUR REACTIONS OF DOING THIS TECHNQUE WRONG.meditate while lying down or sitting.(just relax it's best in bed befor you sleep)as you meditate you should feel that you breath is gettin shallow. when it is shallow then you know you were or are in deep concentration.then imagine that you are made of wires that are filled with electricity coarsing through them.then your hand after a while should feel tingley.after that try to keep that feeling and gather the static in the air and control it to swirl around the top of your hand (palm should be faced down), and slowly electricity shoud be entering your hand but if you feel that it is only tingley at the top than you may flip your hands over.you should feel that you hand is filling with static and its almost as if it where filling like how a cup does with water.after you felt that at least 3 quarters of you hand is full then contain is in you hand, make it denser towards you fingertips then you must expell the energy, zap something, or make a electro ball/psi ball or eles after a while of not releasing the energy it will escape your hands then your body may feel a little jumpy or get short of breath.Electro ball/psi ball (Not my idea)Start with rubbing your hands together to create friction. Then make your hands into claw-like shapes and then move them together and apart repeatedly.To Program it you think what you want it to do. Then to Shell it you make a hard layer of energy around it.
