All you have to do is copy and paste the fancy text into the box where you want to type it. If you search something like 'howrse fancy script' into Google, then many sites come up that have symbols you can copy and paste.
If I'm right, I think you can only do this on Mozilla Firefox. But open up your howrse page, in modify mode in one tab. Then open up a picture that you want on your page in another. Then just click and drag the image and put it on your page. =)
