You need a card reader for your micro SD card.
Download the TTMenu file from http://www.ndstt.com/download.html to your computer.
Unzip the file
Extract the TTMenu.dat and the TTMenu.sys files to the root of your micro sd
Extract the TTMENU directory to a directory named TTMENU on the micro sd
That should get you up and running

First you have to download winrar.Then you download whatever ds game you are downloading .Then you right click the ds game icon.Then you click extract all .Then it has been converted into a nds file.
