Using the iTunes Music Store is really simple. If you have iTunes installed, simply click on the "Store" tab on the left-hand side. This will take you to the store. You will need to set up an account with a valid email address and credit card. Once you have an account you can browse the store and click "Buy" on any song. The iTunes store will ask you for your password and to confirm the purchase. The song will then download to your computer. When you sync your iPod, the song will be transfered.
If it isn't, make sure the iPod is known to the computer. You can manually sync in the iPod tab, or you can set your iPod to automatically sync .
