First there should be an icon on the iPad 1st screen for iOS 6. To access the app store first you need wi-fi (Wireless Fidelity) Then if you have it tap on the A icon for the app store it should be labeled app store and it will pop up a page where you can find any apps I don't know off the top of my head how many there are anyway there should be a box where it says search tap it, Then type in youtube and then if it is an app hit download (It may ask for your password for your iTunes Account And you may have to type in your e-mail to work then hit ok and then wait for it to download on the desktop/app screen.
Hope that helps.
you tap on the app store app, then you search "YouTube", then you will find a list of apps. choose the one u like best.

tunes if u have a ipod or ipad
You should update your software. New features, capabilities and bug fixes are all included for free.
If it is an update, connect your iPod to iTunes and it should tell you that there is an update, and you have the option to download, download and install, or cancel. If it is a whole new software (e.g., 3.0 to iOS4, etc.), then go to the Apple website, find the page with the new software, and then there should be a button to buy that software from iTunes.
The iPad will not play a DVD. DVDs can be streamed from a computer and watched on the iPad with apps such as PopCorn DVD (See links below) or they can be converted to an iPad friendly video format, with VLC or similar free software, and transferred to the iPad via software such as iTunes or DropBox. Handbrake, or if you're a big torrenter, Vuze has a nice built in converter for iPad.
You do not need to download the 2.2.1 software to get the 3.1 software. You just go to iTunes, search for 3.0 software, and buy the software for $9.99.

No, the iPad 3 was introduced on March, 7, 2012 and the new features did include a microphone and voice dictating software but there was no Siri involved.
