Just download a new Itunes to the other computer. The musics stored in the former computer you can move into a pendrive and tranfer them to the other computer.
In order to add music to your iPod you must download and install iTunes onto your new computer.
It's pretty easy, you can go straight to http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ and download iTunes. You can set up a new account direct from there and then plug in your iPod and sync it up with your newly installed iTunes software
You can't with iTunes but you can download a software called iDump which lets you transfer music from your iPod to iTunes.
