Dragging and dropping files to an android OS smartphone is as easy as dragging files into a usb flashdrive, or attaching files to an email. Most android devices has an auto detect feature when the usb is plugged into the computer. The things you would have to drop of files of any kind into an android OS smartphone is

  1. Plug the Smartphone into the computer.
  2. Once the Smartphone is plugged into the computer take a look at the phone. An android screen should pop up with a button that says "enable usb" *If it doesn't pop up check your notifications bar for usb and select it.
  3. Once you enabled usb, check your computer and it should detect that device. (Alot of cases if its a first time device being plugged in to that pc a hardware setup will be underway)
  4. Once that is finished, open up Computer or My computer.
  5. On there presto! your android device should come up as a removable device. Now you just double click that device on the screen and start dragging and dropping your files to your heart's content!

Hope this helps!

Connect your phone with a pc by wifi, then drag the APK files into a web browser,it will be automatically installed on your phone.
