that depends on what consol u have.On the PS3 its r1 and right anolog up then u move L3(left anolog)in any direction 2 move him/herzperiodz
But this guy doesn't tell you how to do it on PSP

keep on attacking your opponent until the temperature reaches 500 degrees, then get in a strong grapple and use the arrows to drag your opponent toward the ropes, even when you're at the ropes, don't let go. dont be suprised if your opponent pushes you back the first few times, but eventually, he will go through the ropes and the pants will catch on fire!
