i think you can get at it if you lift up the back seat, remove the cloth and there should be a plug hole there
If you have the Golf Mk4 1.6 with petrol AEH motor and is right hand drive. You can locate the 16 pin OBD diagnostic connector behind a plastic cover concealing it, lower part of the center console area under the radio. You will need to remove the plastic cover to expose the OBD connector.OBD II (VAG) vehicle diagnostic interface pinoutRegards,GM

You have to be over 16 to purchase fuel.
A #16 AWG will work.
I have a Astra F '97 1.4 litre DOHC 16 valve engine Average 6.5 to 8.5L/100km or 33 to 43 MPG (imperial)
astra yr 2000 16 cc 8v
Semi or full synthetic 5w 40w
You have to cut out a section of the floor so there is room for the drain. Something like a foot wide and 16 inches long.
As of 1/16/11 it is $2.96 per gallon in W-Ky.
18 because that's how old you have to be to own a car.EDIT: The above answer is wrong on several accounts. Firstly, you can own a car at any age, but you must be a licence holding 17 year old (in the U.K) to drive a car. Furthermore, you only have to be 16 to drive a motorcycle, which also needs petrol. Signs at petrol stations normally say "no-one under the age of 16 may dispense petrol", suggesting that as long as you're 16 or older, you can put petrol into your car or bike no problem. However, as you probably know all that, I'm going to take a wild guess and say you don't want to use said petrol to fill up any mode of transport, but instead to, say, make some napalm? Am I anywhere close?Napalm is perfectly legal to own, as long as you're using legal products (petrol and polystyrene cups for example). As far as I know, you still have to be 16 to fill containers such as Jerry cans with petrol, although the limit may be higher. If in doubt, ask someone who is 18 (and preferably responsible). Good luck.
The 2006 VW Jetta oil drain plug will be on the bottom of the oil pan. You can remove the drain plug with a 9/16 wrench.
