Before starting, make sure you have new fluid, gaskets, and filters for your transmission for when you put it back together.
Look for a drain plug at the lowest point. If there isn't one, you have to remove all the bolts from the pan on the bottom, and (most likely) gently pry the pan off, CAREFULLY, without making any marks on the surfaces of the pan or the transmission. (Marks can lead to leaks after you put it back together.)
If there is any work above and beyond this, take it to a professional!

Drop the transmission oil pan
Place a drip pan beneath your 1995 Mercedes Benz automatic transmission. Remove the automatic transmission drain plug. Allow the transmission fluid to drain out. Replace the drain plug to its original position. Fill the transmission with new fluid.

Take drain plug out from bottom of pan. Fill thru the vent tube until fluid comes out of the drain.

you have to remove the pan and pour the oil out but once removed you can buy a kit to put a drain plug in it
If you do not see a drain plug on the A/T pan then it does not have one. Pan must be removed to access the filter, and drain & clean the pan. Most transmission fluid pans do not have a drain plug.
