beirut is hometo many intl designers, in fact Angelina Jolie, Miley Cyrus, halle berry ... wear lebanese labeles like elie Saab and zohair murad ( BTW Angelina Looked AWESOME in the elie Saab dress. she'd look better without it BUT lets stick to the point ) fashion is very important in beirut and Lebanon. ut its expensive 4000$ to rent a dress for a wedding 0o.
if your interest in the rural areas and historic thingies druz people in far rural areas wear traditional chirwel which is basically a pants that look like a ballon. but in all my life here I've only seen it once in a ancient souk in sidon.
