open documents>EA games>The sims2>paintings> and paste a picture and when you play the game type in the cheat code and max out your creativity skill and then paint custom painting

it's allready there... click on my documents, ea games, The Sims 2, neighborhood, (number like plesentview would be one... if it has an E in front of it it means expansion sign) then click on story telling and your pictures will be there somewhere

How do you put more sim families in one neighborhood?
You go to the option's menu and click edit town and it will ask you if you want to save and you click yes or no then you will be able to edit the town and then in the bottom left corner and if you hover over it it will say change active family. Click it then you will get this notice that says you will lose all your sims wishes and click yes and you'll see the whole neighborhood and it will be like you just started a new neighborhood except your first family will be there.

no, the sims 3 is still only one player like the sims 2. Edit, Sims 2 was two players

You can only edit things like ear and face size in create a sim mode when your in neighborhood view or edit town, but once you've created your sim, you can edit their hair color and style, or make up by clicking on a mirror and selecting 'change appearance' to change your outfit, you click on a dresser and select 'plan outfit'.
