You can't fully eliminate the spread of Computer Viruses. All you can do is provent it, just be careful on what you click on.
There's a few free programs on the internet that can chase certain virus's if you know which one you have you can Google in and may find a program that works,but a lot of times you just have to restore your computer.Like the first answer prevention is the answer and try not to open anything you don't know where it is from.

∙ 13y agoby getting your computer formated by a specialist and getting installed an antivirus so that same thing does not happen in the future
never click on a file on which autorun is written or a file with {.exe} extension , from an unbelieved source as these two files can turn out to be viruses
don't download files from internet through a non-trusted source as those can turn to be virus
formatting deletes all the files present on a disk or drive, including virus, but there is also a provision of restoring information but don't forget to consult a specialist
