Ctrl-Shift-A or Shift-F3 can do it. Shift-F3 can also be used to cycle through several mix of case formats.
If you have windows press f3 if you have a mac press fn + f3
In Microsoft word Shift+ F3 will remove all CAPS from a word. It will also add a Capital letter to your highlighted word or if pressed twice, will change the words to all CAPS.

F13 = {Shift Key}+F1 F14 = {Shift Key}+F2 F15 = {Shift Key}+F3 etc.
in Windows 98 it's for the find files command

I've been looking for changing shortcut for years:))) but shift+F3 works just perfect!. i am so tired of clicking on the bar trying to change caps to small letters:))) Thanks a lot guys.
