Because Camry has hydrodynamic valves it doesn't need tuning up. But what you might need to do is to change the timing belt if required, to change the water pump (better in the same time with timing belt), to change engine oil with oil filter (better to use synthetic oil because it keeps your engine better), change hoses if required, change coolant if you didn't change for a while, change plug sparks (gapless are usually better), change plug spark wires if they are old. Change the fuel filter, to check the gas tank if you have some water over there. If you have you have to clean it. Also you can change driving belts. Of course, you can do even more but it's better to start from what was described before.
