You can feed your fiddlers like you would any other tropical fish. I feed mine two shrimp pellets smashed up into fine granules each night. Whatever the schedule, try to be consistent with your feeding time. They just love the dried shrimp pellets. We have had ours for almost 2 years now.
We have a tall towering rock in the tank that protrudes out of the water about 4 inches and it's crucial that they have a way out of the water as they like to sun and dry out a bit.
I have also added a tiny filter and air stone which helps too.
We have added the all essential eco-bio pebbles which has allowed us to refrain from changing the water. We have not changed the water in 2 years;only added a bit every 3 months or so.
