Normally the mass of ingredients always indicates the number of serving per recipe. We should also know the amount of nutrients our body needed daily, eg: 200g of meat for an adult.

Furthermore, most of the recipes are for four persons and normally the number of servings should be indicated in the recipe itself.

The price cost of an individual serving of food you would serve a customer.

Example A pan of lasagne cost 16 dollars to make you get 8 servings per pan so each serving is 2.00. That is your cost per portion
