put a coke box or crate under the belly pan so the front end of the sled is higher then the back end pour your coolant in until it wants to overflow..Start it up & run it the reason for the front being up higher is so all the coolant flows back into the heat exchangers & does not create an air lock..Whilethe sled is running the coolant will drop due to the thermostat opening..At that point continue to fill up your system until back at the top again & watch it for another minute or 2 to make sure it does not go down again..If it does,add coolant..Be careful not to overheat your sled leaving it idle too long while doing this..Just remember to have someghing lifting up the bellypan so your skis are off the ground..Keep checking your coolant level before every start up..I always check mine before every ride..Even if I only stop for 15 mins :)

Never, it is closed system. The only reason it would need any refrigerant is if it had a leak. I fill some a/c's every other year and some once every 5 years, but that's only because they didn't want the leak fixed.

If your asking how to get it to a shop, fill it with water, bring some extra with you and drive the car there with the rad cap loose. This way it will leak less because it cannot built-up pressure plus you can safely add coolant if you need to. As long as there is coolant ,even though it leaks badly, you can drive it. Good luck

yes, BUT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. usually you have to drain the old coolant, reconnect hoses, fill with water, pour in the stop leak, let the engine run for a while, empty, refill, let the engine run etc... please be sure to follow the directions.

You have a coolant leak somewhere. Fill and check underneath for any obvious leakage.

Pull out the oil dipstick, if it has a chocolate milk-like consistency to it that would show that coolant has leaked into your oil and would be a pretty good indication that your head gasket has gone. Other symptoms are white smoke from the exhaust, loosing coolant with no apparent leak, a white foamy substance on the underside of the oil fill cap, & air bubbles escaping from the radiator with the cap off engine running. A compression test will verify this.
