if you have a plug on the back of your truck then there is a blue plug over top of the emergency brake pedel on top of the 50 way wire harness and your truck should have came with the plug for the electric brakes in the glove box and the wires are marked as to where they go where you hook them to your trailer brake controller

The wiring harness from the 1999 stereo has a 21 prong plug and the 1995 has a 14 prong plug you can purshase a harness from Honda but it has to be hadrwired to the exsisting wiring but don't screw it up, go to Honda and get a wiring diagram for the both of them to match up the wiring you need to make it work.
You have to go buy a new four prong chord, unscrew the base of the old chord, and switch them out.

No; the third prong is there to protect you from stray voltage and it grounds the wiring. Although you could probably find an adaptor, it would be much safer for you to have an electrician rewire the outlets so they can accept a three prong plug.
I have a three wire cord with a three prong plug on the end sometime called a pigtail. I see the center wire is green which goes on green but which of the other wires goes on black and which goes on white? These wires are not color coded but the exterior cover has one wire which is ribbed and the other is smooth.
Current rating must be equal, in both the points wiring.
