Air filter housing in on the right side of the engine, right beside the battery. Its the big black box with 3 1/2 inch corrugated hose linking it to the intake manifold. To replace filter, remove screws from the top side of the air filter housing and remove the cover. Lift air filter element and replace with a new one.

you do not need to change the fuel filter on it. It is a lifetime filter in the gas tank and never needs to be changed. I spoke to the Honda dealership about it a few months ago when I wanted to change mine and i couldn't find it.
