How do you find a good travel guide in Varanasi a really good tour guide?

I have recently come back from a trip to India that included Varanasi too. I was referred by the hotel manager to a guy called Prateek, who lives there. Prateek is a highly accomplished individual with tons of knowledge on Varanasi and its surrounding places and he is not a guide though. He sometimes accompanies people on sight seeing tours only if he likes them(he charges high if you compare to the local tour guides). His blog on varanasi is a really nice one too. you may reach him through his blog which i belive is varanasiblogger dot com. write to him well in advance of your travel. you will enjoy his company. I sure did!
