I tried to expunge or erase them from my driving records using a lawyer, which was a big mistake for me, because I paid so much to a lawyer and for almost a year, nothing changed on my records. the lawyer only wasted my time; my insurance went up also. I was advised to contact a Traffic removal Service and as a matter of fact, my speeding tickets were all removed, i have a copy of my records, before and after contacting using their service. you dont have to take my advice, but for me Traffic Removal (drivingrecords@ consultant. com) saved my life and for that i am grateful.

Criminal records are forever unless you are somehow able to expunge the offense.
I do not believe that ANY state allows for the expunction of crimes of a sexual nature.
When a lawyer dies, his records will stay with the firm and most likely go to the next lawyer on the case.
