After 2 days of screwing with mine here is what I found: Open the hood There are 2 clips on top of the headlamp unit. Lift them. Pull the headlamp unit away from the vehicle. In back of the head lamp you will see a small round cover. Remove that cover and you should have access to the bulbs. Disconnect the wiring harness from the bulb. Remove the headlamp bulb by turning the socket counter clockwise. Install the replacement bulb by turning it clockwise. Re-assemble the headlamp.
Regretfully no there is no just cover or lens replacement. the whole healight assembly must be replaced. If somehow you do find a lens cover, then you will have to find a way to unglue the old cover without damaging the base and then reglue on the new cover with no air leaks so that water cannot get in and damge all of the electrical connections on the inside of the headlight assembly. There are no headlamp washers on the American Focus ST's.
The pcv valve on a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country is on the top of the rear valve cover.
Take the cover over the radiator and headlamp assembly off. Under that you'll see the headlamp assemblies each have 2 mounting screws.Take off all the top mounts of the front. Chrysler has also hidden side mounting screws behind the wheel well walls.Take off the bulb.Put in the new bulb.Place all parts back into their original places.
