A 1968 Plymouth Fury II does not have a Transmission Modulator as such. The throttle linkage on the A904 a A727 transmissions performs a similar function to a ( Vacuum ) Modulator .

There were many different colors introduced during to 30+ years that they were built. If the question is asked because of wanting to paint the vehicle the original color after restoration, then a color chip chart from Super Scout Specialists will show you the various schemes available for that year, if not tell you what the colors were (E.G., Glacier Blue, International White/Red/Blue, Burnt Sierra, etc). If the question is asked because you are trying to find out what year it is, on a Scout II, the VIN tag is on the passenger side door support (by the hinges).
