Treasure chart #26 is located at 6 eye reef. After you clear the Forsaken Fortress for the second time, you come here and destroy all the wall-mounted cannons. Then a chest should appear. So now you would walk on the outer wall of the reef and use the wind waker to change the direction of the wind and then use the deku leaf to fly over there! Then you can use that chart to find the big octo chart. Hope this helps!

i only watch my brothers play but i still know alot. you can try looking at maps or sea charts online. i have a game guide that came with a giant sea chart and it shows you where everything is in the map ex) a certain piece of heart or empty boole will be pointing to where ever or what island has it. also the map looks exactly like the sea chart when youre at sea only with alot more.
