How do you find out what teacher you have next year?
There is no way you can find out if your in elementary school because the classes are generated by a computer in your school.
Call your teacher or email them and tell them you want too drop your class. They do it as long as you retake it next year or go back to public the next year and or semester and your school does grade forgiveness. I dropped my Algebra 2 class and will do it next year in public school where it's easier.

I think you would have to be a former teacher, and to become a teacher you must at least go through 4 extra years of college studying what you would need to know when you are a teacher. State testing is not a pass/fail test. The state testing tells your teacher this year and next year what you learned and what areas you need help in. Students are measured on proficiency in each subject. This scores will not keep you in your present grade, but will determine what classes you need or levels of classes you need for next year.
To be a teacher you need a teaching credential. The first thing for a geography teacher would get a 4 year degree in science/geography. Next, would be to enter a teacher education program, take education classes, do student teaching, go through a fingerprint clearance, and complete the requirements for the credential which includes any testing.
