The problem with this system is that the access code is actually on a plastic card the size of your typical bank card, so people put it in there wallets and forget its there when it comes to selling the vehicle. LOL its rare to even find the owners manual come with it too. I just bought a 2002 Ford Explorer and it has this feature and it came with the manual and that lilttle plastic card with the access code. Your only option is to go to a Ford dealership since they have access to your vehicles info.
