If that is so, you could buy a repair manual (such as Haynes), Look in the library for a repair manual, or try Auto Zone's Z-Net service if you have one nearby. If you are trying to find a blown fuse, use an automotive test light clamped to ground and test each side of the fuses with the key in the on position. If you find one that lights the tester one one side but not the other, you found the bad fuse. If you are trying to rule out the fuse as the cause for a problem you're having and the fuses light the tester on both sides, the fuse is not your problem.
