These are probably on the same circuit since they all lost power at once. Usually a fuse, followed by another break in the circuit such as a hot or ground interruption. The fuel pump and power windows share a grounding point located under the drivers side kick panel. These ground wires corrode over time and the poor connection is made worse when you use the power windows. Remove the wires and sand the metal clean. Remove all corrosion on the wires and use dielectric grease before re-assembling the ground connection.
