Where is the air bag sensor in a 1995 Saturn?
The SDM in the 1995 Saturn is located under the center console.
In a 1998 Mystique why would the air bag light go on occasionally and then go out again a few days later?
The air bag light in my 2003 Trailblazer comes on randomly during the day and the seat belt light flashes as if I am not using the seat belt. Does anyone know if this is a sensor that is bad?
The air bag electronics are very sensitive. If you're asking this question you probably don't have the skills to be messing with the steering wheel assembly. If you mess with it the air bag can deploy causing YOU serious injury and the expense of replacing the air bag. Just take it to a professional, let them be responsible.
A flashing airbag light can mean one of two things. The first possibility is that your battery is in death throes. Have it tested at your local auto parts store. The second possibility is that there is an actual problem with the airbag system. Below is a list of airbag codes, which will flash on the warning light. For example, the light will flash once, pause and then flash twice == 12. 12=Low Battery Voltage…
Your air bag light on a 2003 Chevy Silverado is on and you think it is the passenger air bag sensor under the seat Anyone have any ideas?
when your crash you hit a sensor and it sends a shock to the airbag whick ignights a fuse that triggers a explosion and forces hot air into the air bag which is why when an air bag is deployed its hot and causes burns/ scratches look like road rash it also doesn't help the airbag has to be strong and the material feels like 1000 grit sand paper
